How often do you have shipments?
We have shipments three times per week, Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Packages are ready for pickup and delivery the day after the shipment arrives.

Customs duties can be charged once the value of your package exceeds $100.00 US.

Yes definitely, you can just provide them with your delivery address along with your name in the same format presented on your dashboard.
